The Yealink W60P is a SIP-DECT cordless phone system for small and medium-sized businesses that is compatible with most popular SIP based phone systems and hosted service providers.  It supports up to 8 SIP accounts and 8 concurrent calls and allows you to add a total of 8 compatible Yealink DECT wireless handsets and devices.
This IP phone is a SIP compliant device for use with a SIP compatible hosted provider or a SIP compatible IP PBX.  It is not compatible with Microsoft Skype for Business.

Returns
For your convenience, we offer returns on our products.  Prior to returning an ordered product, customers must first request a Return Authorization Number from Five Stars Telecom.  All returned items must be in their original condition with all manuals and original packaging materials included.  If any returned items are found to be damaged or incomplete, Five Stars Telecom will not provide credit for the return, and the customer will be charged in full for the amount of the damaged or incomplete item.  All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice.  A 20% restocking fee is charged on all product returns.  When a product is returned, any ‘Free Ground Shipping’ offers are waived, and the refund includes the total charge amount minus the shipping charge and restocking fee.
