Chicago, ILL... Top tray has 5 small compartments, one long compartment and one medium size square compartment. Sherman Klove Co. decal on tray. Metal handle on top lid. Alligatored paint finish in gray. A really nice vintage tool box with patina. Has scuffs and scars, some light surface rust spots on bottom.
