Not for loading/unloading trucks as it has no level off on top.
This ramp has No hydraulics systems. To raise and lower the ramp, landing gear is used. The perfect solution for a stationary ramp and driving forklifts down and up from a warehouse. There is no level off on this model allowing for lower pitch. Easily go up and down from warehouse to ground level. Attach it to the dock by 2 metal chains and it is ready. This model does come with wheels so it is easily movable on solid even ground surfaces by forklift when needed.
If used as stationary ramp and it will not be moved, we recommend flat landing gear shoes which are soled
separately
. This ensures more stability. However the 2 chains that are provided are
sufficient
 to hold the ramp in place. If not using flat shoes, we recommend chocking both wheels for additional security.
