Titanacris albipes PAIR Male/Female, Unmounted, Purple Grasshoppers of PERU

Description

These are three ( 3 ) very large PAIRS ( 3 males, 3 females ) of the rare Titanacris albipes ( Giant Purple Grasshopper ), found in the Andes Mountains of Peru. They come unmounted ( wings folded ), ready for rehydration. The females are extremely impressive, once wings are spread ( a very simple process!!).The males are slightly smaller, but no less dazzling, in their deep purple and green coloration! Readying a pair for display, is very easy: These pairs, will be packed in fine condition, but we will assume no responsibility for any damage occurring in transit. No Refunds, No exchanges.
To soften and spread ; Simply place the entire cello package in a glass of hot water over night, specimens should be softened sufficiently for setting the wings and legs. I am certain that these pairs, will be a welcome addition to your collection!
