    Description

    VINTAGE
    RARE
    FRAMED STORE ADVERTISING PANEL
    FEATURING
    MICKEY MOUSE
    PLUTO PUP
    A RED MAGIC CASTLE
    A BLOND BLUE-EYED LITTLE GIRL
HOLDING WHAT LOOKS LIKE A TWIN CUPCAKE CONTAINER (HOSTESS?)
    THE FRAME IS METAL
THE PANEL MATERIAL IS SOME SORT OF PLASTIC WHICH IS TRANSLUCENT (CELLULOID?)
THE ONLY IDENTIFYING MARK WAS A COPYRIGHT "WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS" IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER
THIS WAS FOUND IN AN OLD COUNTRY STORE IN VERMONT WHEN IT WAS CLOSING
I AM NOT SURE OF THE AGE BUT GUESSING PROBABLY 1950s
THOUGHT TO BE FOR A STORE DISPLAY FOR SOME PRODUCT (POSSIBLY CUPCAKES SINCE THAT IS WHAT THE CHILD SEEMS TO BE HOLDING)
THIS IS A FAIRLY LARGE PIECE
    measures approx:
    54" (4ft6in) tall
    15" wide
    1" deep (frame)
    condition:
    used
    pre-owned
    good
    vintage condition
nice bright colors, no rips or tears, does have a place on the bottom which looks like it may have had something pushed up against it that dented it and left a discoloration
I am selling this for an friend
this may be best picked up to avoid it being damaged in transit
if winning bidder wants to chance shipping it by UPS it could be expensive because of the size
Please note that i do not claim to be an expert.
The items I list come from various sources. I purchase what I like and from where I find the items. Some of the items are family heirlooms looking for TLC and new homes. Some have come from estate clean outs that I have done to keep great stuff from the land fill, auctions where I got carried away, garage sales that I just couldn't resist, and sometimes even a few things that I've been asked to sell for other folks. I attempt to describe items accurately to the best of my ability with photos and text. Also, I will clean off the surface dirt but I usually won't attempt to fix things that I'm not sure about fixing and I won't assure that items are spotless when sold. Remember that this is, for the most part, old stuff which has been used and been the object of a variety of emotions.
The condition description is my best observation of the item.
