Pop Select-A-Bit 16 Bit Ratchet/Driver  Pre Owned USA Tool. It's a ratchet/screwdriver with 8 double ended bits in the handle. We're all looking for the most versatile tool that takes up the least amount of space. There is a small black knob marked R or L. The black yoke is stamped lock & unlock with a chrome pin that locks the shaft in 6 positions. Its tight in the screwdriver position but in the 90° ratchet positions its more like a flex head ratchet, seems to be as designed not a wear issue or flaw. This to all appearances is a Klenk select-a-bit tool. It would seem they brought the Pop Select-A-Bit patent. Shipped with USPS Mail the next business day after payments accepted.
