Registering the device with OBiTalk can be a little bit of a hassle and may take several attempts.  One time I had to try for several days at various times of the day to register an OBihai/Polycom device before it finally registered.  This is not caused by an issue with or defect in the device.  Once registered, it worked flawlessly with no need to re-register it again, even if and when the device was rebooted.  The only time a device would need to be re-registered in OBiTalk is if the device is reset back to factory settings and/or removed from the OBiTalk portal.
If requested at time of purchase, I can supply instructions on how to set up a free Google Voice number (not their paid G Suite service), instructions on how to register for a free OBiTalk account and how to setup the device on the OBihai portal.
The OBi2182 is not supported on Google's G Suite service, for that you would need to obtain an OBihai supported Polycom VVX phone.
