    This is for Win XP only. The firewall may need to be turned off before install. The kit comes with an install CD that includes all drivers and manuals. Following the CD should solve any problems setting up the phone. They must use the skype version provided on the installion CD for the phone to work properly. New features from upgraded Skye version may not work with VOIP080.
