preamplifier / shaper electronics, preamplifier / shaping board assembly
made by Laser Diagnostic Technologies.
Those original C30950E APDs are pretty rare now while still hard to outperform, having the lowest noise and highest bandwidth.

preamplifier electronics boards and HV biasing their APDs. Also likely (according PCB marks) has some circuits for LED / Laser control or excitation.
The items came from laboratory environment, removed from decommissioned working equipment - spectrometer or LIDAR, not sure. For use as spare parts or for the custom projects requiring fast, sensitive and low-noise light detection. See pictures for details.
