One original vintage Fairchild Thermo Stylus - phonograph recording accessory

This auction is for one original Fairchild Thermo Stylus-  an accessory for controlling a heated stylus for cutting records.  This one is in very nice original condition - cannot quite read the  model number on the back.  Includes the male Jones connector to fit in the jack in back.  Sold as is- when I plugged it in the dial lamp worked and the meter needle deflected and moved when control was turned - cannot tell otherwise if operation is correct but a fairly simple and ingenious recording accessory from a famous audio products company. .  Will ship worldwide.
