NEW OLD STOCK OR REFURBISHED Columbia Victrola phonograph crank & motor

INTERESTING ESTATE SALE FIND!  I obtained this at an estates sale of an older gentleman whom had phonograph parts and full units.
LOOKS TO EITHER BE NEW OLD STOCK OR COMPLETELY REFURBISHED!  I am not sure which on so please use your best judgement.  Doesnt look like it was used much if at all.  Some signs of age, couple scratches, scuffs, etc.  SPINS NICELY.
THIS COULD BE A REALLY GOOD PURCHASE FOR SOMEONE RESTORING AN OLD PHONOGRAPH.
It looks to be made for a smaller phonograph.  The main red body is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4".  The crank is 3 3/4" from the red body to where the 90 degree angle starts.  LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FURTHER MEASAUREMENTS AS I KNOW THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR FITMENT.
It will be protected well and insured.
