MESSAGES and REQUESTS:
We monitor eBay messages throughout each day and evening (Pacific time). Let us know
what you want and what you need. Any reasonable request will be fulfilled, such as
additional photos, additional details, quantities changes, combined shipping, shipping to
another address, finding a product from our vast inventory, and fast order cancellation.
eBay’s policy of not allowing buyers and sellers of sharing phone numbers is not in the best
interested of building a solid relationship. We put our phone number on the packing slip.

ORDER PROCESSING and SHIPPING:
We process orders within one business day. We remind you, we do not control the delivery
times of the shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Do not accept eBay's promise of the
date of delivery. eBay does not control the carrier's delivery times. eBay should not make
delivery promises on the seller's behalf. Please watch the tracking information and contact
the carrier with your issues. Once the carrier receives your package from us, we have no
control over the timing or accuracy of the final destination.
GUARANTEE, RETURNS, and RMA:
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, PLEASE contact us immediately.
All our contact information is printed on the packing slip. We will quickly address your
concerns and you can expect to be 100% satisfied with the conclusion. Many of our items
are new and shipped in original manufactured packaging. We do not open these packages
so we do not know if an item is defective or if something is missing. We retain the option
of replacing parts and missing items. If you make a decision to return an item because you
ordered the wrong product or you just don't like what you bought, then you must pay the
return shipping. We pay the return shipping in the case of a defective product or you
received an item you did not purchase. In any case we require you, the buyer, to acquire

We leave feedback after we receive your feedback. This procedure insures both, you the
buyer, and we, the seller, to have complete transparency. For over 20 years we showed

was due to a late shipment which was caused by US Post and the other two were due
