The K.W. "Box Reflex" camera  was made only for a very short time in (1933).
A very few were Imported to the U.S. The KW factory concentrated its pre and post war production on their "Legendary" Praktiflex 35mm SLR's. The "Reflex Box" was an attempt to make a full 6X9 cm. SLR which did not exist!

An "unique Cubic Design" that was probably an influence on the design of the Hasselblad
    .
Apparently Victor Hasseblad had imported the camera to Sweden before the War and may have used it as the basic design of the Hasselblad. (Please "scroll down to images 12,1314,15,& 16 to view  a Comparison with the Hasselblad "Prototype" and the original 1935 U.S Patent drawing and text.
Photo 12 represents the Hasselblad "Prototype" and  similarity to the K.W. Box Reflex.
The K.W. Box Reflex  is rare  in any condition and certainly Unique in this Incredible
"Ready to Use" condition and with its Original box. The attracive Dark Blue and Silver box is in fairly good condition considering it is also almost 90 years old!  It is most likely the only example left. (See photo 11).
