Slings available are L3/L4 (3rd or 4th instar) Slings are not sexed.
Below are tips on how to care for your sling, but I encourage you to research on your own.
Feeding
:
Slings are feeding on fruit flies. Offer a damp paper towel for water and moisture.
Molting
:
Please educate yourself regarding the process of molting!
Since slings are young jumpers, they are frequently growing aka molting. If you see your sling "not moving" it is most likely because it is in premolt. When slings go in to premolt, they will not eat & they will remain in their nest until they molt. You should not bother your sling if it is in premolt because you can stress it out.
If you are a first time sling owner and fear that the sling is dead, you can gently blow on the sling & assess movement.
Enclosure
:
Make sure your sling is getting the correct lighting. Light is extremely important because it stimulates eating, activity, etc.
Small plastic enclosure is included with purchase.
LAG:
Live arrival guarantee. If sling is DOA, you must notify us within an hour of marked "delivered". A photo will be required & a refund for sling will be offered. No refunds on shipping cost.
If sling dies within 24 hours of marked delivered, we will refund the cost of the spider only. We don't anticipate any issues, but should you experience any difficulties, we will work with you. Thanks for looking!
