It is a so called Nipper smoke / smokers stand made as early as 1907 in Geneva Switzerland by Chevob & Co. It is in a great original condition. All is complete , including the rare cigar cutter
The base measures 30 x 21,5 cm ( 11.8 x 8.5 inch)
