Description
Hilliard's Little Dipper Chocolate Tempering MachineUnit works great. Shop owner upgraded to larger, higher capacity Hilliard machine.
Recently got a new Temperature Control Board installed. All functions are working.
Heating element, fan, bowl motor and probe were all tested and in working condition.

A compact melting and tempering unit, it is designed to process from 1 1/2 pounds to 25 pounds of chocolate per day.
