If you demand I ship when it is clearly a heat wave/freezing and a concern the guarantee is void and I will not replace the mantis even if express shipping is chosen. We will need to confirm temps in both my location and yours prior to shipping.
I offer live arrival guarantee but you must select the express shipping. If any arrive dead you will need to notify me within 2 hours of being marked delivered and have pictures.
