    Disney Plush Tigger Talking Chat Pal Animated Winnie The Pooh 1999 Mattel TESTED. Condition is "Used". Buyer will be purchasing shipping with USPS Priority Mail. Tracking number and date mailed are added when that occurs. Please look at all the photos for specific details. To operate, this requires (4) AA Alkaline batteries. Once in place, there is an ON/OFF button as noted in photos. The plate that covers the batteries does have some wear as noted in photos. Once in operation, when you hold the hand/squeeze and talk it speaks: “Hi Ya, My Bestest Buddy” and Tigger’s head turns. Tigger sits approximately 10.5 inches and at the width approximately 8 inches. His original cardboard tag giving instructions on how to press hand and talk is still attached.
