Tapping by hand gets so frustrating when you feel like you have aligned everything up just right and the tap starts going in at an angle. It is nearly impossible to straighten it back up without snapping or breaking at the most valuable part. I created this Block years ago as a high quality 9 hole tapping guide block for all your machining projects. This tapping block automatically keeps the tap perpendicular each and every time and helps prevents breakage and increases the tap life. Our block is a nice compact size it is 2" inches in diameter and almost 1” thick. The set includes 9 guided holes #4, #6, #8, #10, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, 7/16”, and ½”.
The block is made from strong 1018 STEEL. Buy today and reduce your breakage from frequent to nearly zero on the job.
