I wound it up and the table turns freely
One top edge has some veneer lifting and a few chips SEE PHOTOS
Original finish is fine
Mechanism could stand a cleaning and
oiling as it has been in an attic for 70-80 years
If shipped the Horn Bracket will be removed for safe shipping
