Up for auction is a brand new custom Amish built 12 x 24 A-frame garage. Building is built to order therefore the doors/windows can be placed anywhere on the structure.
Specifications that are included in the price are as follows:
1/2" LP SmartSide wood siding
(5) 4 x 4 pressure treated skids
Floor is 3/4" SmartFloor with 2 x 4 floor joists 8" on center
Roof and walls are 2 x 4's 16" on center
(1)Overhead 9' x 7' garage door with diamond plating at the entry threshold
Single 36" side entry door
(2)18" x 27" windows with screens
(2)Gable vents
1/2" OSB sheeting with 30-year architectural shingles
7' side walls
Additional options are available however may increase the overall price of the structure

Delivery:

miles of our 19310 zip code. If you are outside our 100 mile range please email with an exact zip code to determine any additional freight costs. Most of our deliveries are in NJ, NY, PA, VA, MD, and WV.
WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF A 300 MILE RADIUS FROM 19310.
Please Note that we only deliver M-F. Generally we have multiple deliveries in one single day so we will confirm a time frame with you a few days prior to delivery(usually a 4 hour window).
All prices are for a fully pre-built structure, therefore we would need sufficient access to your site.  Deliveries are completed with a "mule" which can get into tighter spaces however we would still need sufficient clearance to get the structure into place.  We also do offer an on-site build option for an additional 35%.
Construction:
The building you receive upon the end of the auction will be a newly built structure. We do not sell in stock/display model buildings unless specifically requested by the buyer.
Payment:
Deposit of 40% is required at the end of auction to start construction on the structure. Accepted forms of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The balance due can be paid via cash, credit card or certified bank check on delivery.
Site Prep & Permits:
All site preparation and Township permits are responsibilities of the buyer. We can assist with any information you need for permits and preparing your site, however please have everything complete prior to delivery to avoid additional costs.
Sales Tax:
eBay will collect applicable sales tax on every transaction.
Lead Time:
Once the deposit is received construction will begin. Current lead time on the pictured building is 12-15 weeks.
Price Match Policy:
If you have a lower price from a local dealer we will do everything we can to beat it.
